These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this store and purchases from PopJoy Games, Inc. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing, description, or availability errors and may reject or cancel an order before delivery. An order confirmation means we received the request; it does not guarantee inventory or delivery.

Delivery is digital. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. A delivery may be divided into multiple transfers because of platform limits, including daily limits. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate customer information, customer unavailability, platform outages, account restrictions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

When online payments are enabled, payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. You authorize the charge shown at checkout. Orders may be held, cancelled, or refunded when payment is not completed, is reversed, appears fraudulent, or inventory becomes unavailable.

You may not interfere with the store, attempt to bypass limits, introduce malicious code, scrape protected data, impersonate another person, or use the service in a way that violates law or third-party rights. We may restrict service for suspected abuse or fraud.
